Pickling Line
We have introduced two advanced pickling production lines manufactured by MCC. Through meticulously organized production, we have not only ensured high-quality products but also consistently surpassed the annual production records of similar production lines for several consecutive years. The annual pickling output has reached 1.72 million tons.
Cold Rolling
We have made substantial investments in introducing nine advanced 6-high reversing cold-rolled sheet production lines manufactured by MCC. Collaborative research and development with equipment and auxiliary material suppliers, coupled with innovative processes and materials, have enabled us to set a national record for thin specification and high output in the production of 6-high reversing cold-rolled sheets. Our achievements in cold-rolled coil production have made it a role model in the domestic industry. The equivalent standard annual output of cold-rolled coils has reached 3.1 million tons, and the company is the exclusive national training base for MCC Cold Rolling Equipment Manufacturing Company.
Galvanization
We boast excellent equipment, strong technical capabilities, and one galvanized production line, mainly dedicated to producing plain pure galvanized sheets. The equivalent standard annual output of this line is 320,000 tons.
